Real Estate Success – Funnel and Conversion

The plan for real estate success starts here

It’s obvious to us.  We just need to be reminded of it.  Real estate success is about filling your lead funnel with as many of the right kinds of leads and converting those leads.  I always stress to start with the basics and branch out from that.  Your Sphere of Influence, your own neighborhood, and past clients.  Then branch out from there.

Social media is incredibly important.  I utilize my personal Facebook page very regularly to reach out to my family, friends, clients, everyone.  Facebook isn’t for everyone.  You might prefer Twitter, Pinterest, or Google +. Social media needs to be fun and interesting to you.  If you have to force it, your readers will see right through you and it won’t benefit anyone.

Paid leads from Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com can bring you business.  But they’re not as good as leads from people you know and introductions those people make for you. Converting leads from your SOI is much easier than cold leads you get from paid sources. Focus there.  If you have the budget and are looking for more leads, then start working the real estate lead generation sites.
